We are looking for an experienced Landscape Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. We thrive on the adrenaline of juggling multiple projects without dropping the ball.

As one of our Landscape Project Managers you will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. An excellent Landscape Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies of masonry (Retaining Walls, Flat work, Pavers, Natural Stone, and Modular) and planting process and procedures.
You competently coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results for our clients. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements, without exceeding budget.
Responsibilities
• Documenting and following up on important details and decisions on a daily basis.
• Ensuring all the paper and computer job tracking is up-to-date.
• Undertaking project tasks as required.
• Collaborate with site Landscape Architects our Sales Designers, and Construction Crews.
• Guiding in the process of subcontractor selection and delegating work.
• Problem-solving to address delays, emergencies or other issues.
• Comply with safety and building codes as well as legal requirements/Covid protocol.
Communication
• Scheduling meetings with and reporting progress to clients.
• Performing pre-job and post-job walk-throughs
• Explaining contract and technical matters in a clear manner.
• Preparing budgets, cost estimates, schedules, and timelines for upcoming and ongoing jobs.
Skills
• Proven experience as construction project manager
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with construction/ project management software (LMN is a plus)
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A team player with leadership abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
