• Research and analysis of complex legal documents - Willing and able to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
• Customer service oriented communication skills that allow for pleasant and beneficial interactions with all customers
• Accurate, attentive, and experience handling sensitive or confidential information
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Complaint Handling experience highly preferred
• Earlier work involving Personal Injury Litigation
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of Adobe Acrobat
• Adeptness in Billing Functions
• Foundational knowledge in Management System
• Good understanding of personal injury plaintiffs
• Background working with Personal Injury Law
• General familiarity with Calendar Management
• Practical knowledge of Claim Administration
• Demonstrated knowledge of Briefing
• Command of Case Management Software
• LexisNexis experience
• Strong know-how of spreadsheets and word processing is desired
