Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Canadian WFM and Payroll Project Manager Practice.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the project team, including assigning tasks, setting goals, and monitoring performance
Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support implementation project
Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and ensure project outcomes
Manage project communication, including progress reports, status updates, and meetings
Evaluate and assess project outcomes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports
Required Qualification(s):
5+ years of project management experience, including experience managing complex projects across multiple departments
Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and achieve project outcomes on time and within budget
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Preferred Qualification(s):
Ability to assist as needed with payroll tasks
Etime and ADP Payroll experience
Workforce Manager user experience
Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a start date of 05/20/2024 with an initial duration through 12/28/2024, with the possibility of extending.
Level of Effort:
15. 30 hours per week
Working Hours:
US/Canadian time zones preferred
