Job Description
 •  Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
 •  Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
 •  Product Development: Lead the development of new products and technologies, from concept to commercialization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and market demands.
 •  Innovation and R&D: Drive innovation initiatives and research efforts to stay ahead of industry trends, identify new opportunities, and enhance Digatron's competitive position in the market.
 •  Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain robust quality control processes to ensure that products meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
 •  Resource Allocation: Manage resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to optimize efficiency and maximize productivity within the engineering department.
 •  Continuous Improvement: Champion continuous improvement efforts within the engineering team, implementing best practices, methodologies, and tools to streamline processes and enhance performance.
 •  Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing, to align engineering efforts with overall business objectives and customer needs.
 •  Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with engineering projects, proactively addressing challenges and ensuring successful project outcomes.
 •  Talent Development: Recruit, train, and develop engineering talent, building a high-performing team capable of driving innovation and delivering exceptional results.

The Successful Applicant
 •  Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
 •  6 - 8 of experience in engineering leadership roles, preferably within the battery industry or a related technology sector.
 •  Proven track record of successfully managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
 •  Strong technical expertise in areas such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or software engineering, depending on the specific needs of the role.
 •  Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
 •  Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
 •  Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, as well as relevant engineering software and tools.
