Senior Analyst
We are in search of a meticulous Staff Accountant to join our team in BLUE ASH, Ohio. The individual will operate in the telecom industry, focusing on accounts payable and receivable, expense management, financial reporting, reconciliations, and wire transfers.
This role will involve handling journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and full month-end cycle close.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions
• Manage expense management tasks diligently
• Prepare and present financial reports with accuracy
• Conduct thorough reconciliations of all accounts
• Execute wire transfers as per company's needs
• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger
• Carry out balance sheet reconciliations regularly
• Adhere to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
• Manage full month-end cycle close operations
• Leverage Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks. • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Demonstrated ability to perform General Ledger tasks
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliations, and other Reconciliations
• Thorough understanding of Accounting Principles
• Ability to prepare comprehensive Financial Reporting
• Experience with Wire Transfer processes
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Prior experience in a similar role as a Staff Accountant would be advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• High standards of professional ethics and integrity.
