Use business requirements to assist in developing use cases and high-level requirements. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps Design the architecture, interface, and interaction flow of services and experiences.
Develop personas, customer journey maps, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.
