Customer Marketing Campaign Manager

We are searching for a dedicated Marketing/Communications Manager to work remotely from any location in the United States. This role is central to our growth strategy, with the primary responsibility of executing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at driving growth through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
The successful candidate will leverage marketing automation platforms and data-driven insights to build, execute, and optimize campaigns across various channels. This opportunity provides a chance to collaborate with internal teams to align campaign objectives with business goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities:
 •  Develop and execute integrated customer marketing campaigns to drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities, contributing to revenue growth goals.
 •  Utilize marketing automation platforms such as Pardot to build, execute, and optimize campaigns across various channels including email, webinars, and social media.
 •  Leverage data-driven insights and tools like 6sense to identify and prioritize target accounts, personalize messaging, and optimize campaign performance.
 •  Plan and execute webinars and virtual events using platforms like ON24, ensuring seamless execution and maximizing attendee engagement.
 •  Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Marketing teams to align campaign objectives, messaging, and content with business goals and customer needs.
 •  Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to inform continuous improvement and optimization efforts. • Possess strong ability in planning and executing marketing strategies
 •  Demonstrated proficiency in managing marketing campaigns
 •  Proven experience in customer service and stakeholder management
 •  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
 •  Knowledge and experience with social media platforms and strategies
 •  Proficiency in revenue accounting and metric reporting
 •  Ability to optimize marketing tactics based on data-driven decisions
 •  Experience in planning and executing webinars
 •  Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement in marketing tactics
 •  Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data
 •  Proficiency in using Mindset Software or similar marketing tools
 •  Proven experience in Inside Sales
 •  Ability to interpret language in a marketing context
 •  Should be able to handle campaign planning effectively
 •  Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
 •  Solid understanding of marketing principles and application
 •  Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and key performance indicators
 •  Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
 •  Proficiency in using marketing tools and software for analytics and reporting
 •  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
