Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Information Security Compliance Analyst to join our team. This role will primarily focus on managing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and maintaining comprehensive security frameworks.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in security compliance, with knowledge of financial industry regulations, and a proactive approach to managing security controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes, including updating data frameworks and ensuring comprehensive coverage.

Conduct regular reviews of policies, procedures, and controls to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Stay abreast of evolving regulatory standards and security frameworks, with a focus on the financial sector.

Provide oversight and management for changes and updates to security policies and procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain security controls effectively.

Conduct periodic risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security gaps.

Act as a subject matter expert on security compliance matters, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.

Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring compliance with security policies and conducting basic laptop testing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.

2+ years of experience in information security compliance, preferably in the financial industry.

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FFIEC is preferred.

Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CRISC are a plus.
