Qualifications:
Over 5 years of relevant experience in systems engineering, with a track record of successful client interactions and consulting engagements.
Possession of a minimum of two mid-level certifications (e.g., MCSE-Microsoft, VCP or VCAP – VMware, CCDP-Cisco).
Demonstrated expertise in DNS, Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and LDAP configuration.
Experience in proactive maintenance scheduling, backup procedures, and system optimization techniques.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple systems and tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead root cause analysis on chronic tickets to identify and eliminate ongoing issues, ensuring long-term stability and reliability.
Develop, compile, test, and deploy customer scripting tailored to user specifications for efficient problem resolution.
