Lead Construction Superintendent - Commercial

We are currently partnered with a thriving GC in the Auburn area who are in search of a Superintendent to join their home office. They are a second generation, family-owned company with a strong pipeline of projects spanning the industrial, commercial, and federal markets.

Job Description
• Manage Project Managers and Superintendents on site
• Manage construction projects from start to close out
• Prepare punch lists
• Management of Field Personnel
• Establish project plan, maintain weekly progress and pulse of project.
• Maintain positive relationship with Owners, Engineers, and Design Consultants
• Coordinate with local jurisdiction inspectors and utility company representatives to ensure compliance.
• Strictly enforce Safety Program and manage the Quality Control Program
• Manage accurate invoice payment process and financial management of the project costs

The Successful Applicant
• Experience with Ground Up construction REQUIRED
• Experience with municipal and / or federal construction projects is a plus
• LOCAL work, in and around the Atlanta/Atlanta Metro area
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Stable work record
• Knowledge in Construction Management or related field required
