Job Summary:
Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Office Services Coordinator to join our team. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success.

Responsibilities :
• Coordination of office supply management through regular inventory, ordering, unpacking and stocking/distribution of supplies throughout our Cincinnati campus;
• Support stocking and maintenance of campus beverage equipment and breakroom supplies as needed;
• Responsible for organizing and overall cleanliness of supply rooms, receiving rooms and other storage areas;
• Facilitates new hire office and cubicle setup, and employee moves;
• Primary back-up for shipping and receiving administration for the campus;
• Cross trained to cover for Receptionist responsibilities as needed;
• Other tasks and projects as assigned by Facilities Management team.
Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software preferred;
• Experience with office supply coordination;
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs;
• Exceptional team work skills;
• Ability to work independently.
