Experience in driving communication and business acumen and ability to deal with high level exec team members as well as various additional business groups and levels.

Focus here is on having exceptional communication skills and experience in communications strategy.

Communication Specialist supporting Sandeep Saini left the company and need to find replacement for the position.

Position Summary

Responsible for the end-to-end accountability and execution of all employee communications and engagement activities within a large department.

Candidate will execute an engagement operating model that fully leverages best practices and provides seamless integration between all horizontal and vertical engagement activities.

Develop high-level standards to use across the employee engagement space, ensuring results are measurable and key deadlines are met. Candidate should be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task.

Will need excellent communication skills and have the ability to negotiate and work with all levels of employees, including executive leadership.

This role will proactively work with varying degrees of the organization to produce and deliver a high standard of quality on program materials, process execution and communications.
