Position Overview: The Manager of Financial Systems will play a pivotal role in the organization, overseeing the development, administration, and optimization of the financial systems to meet the evolving needs of the business. Reporting directly to the Director of Financial Systems and CFO, the successful candidate will possess advanced ERP expertise, exceptional data analysis capabilities, and a proven track record in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

 •  Manage the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of financial systems to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements.
 •  Develop and administer user access controls, security protocols, and system configurations to safeguard financial data integrity and confidentiality.
 •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, design custom solutions, and streamline processes for financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting.
 •  Utilize advanced SQL and PowerBI skills to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources, providing actionable insights to support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
 •  Lead the development of comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance metrics, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

 •  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field required
 •  Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience including financial systems management within a large matrix organization
 •  Expertise in implementing and administering advanced ERP systems, with proficiency in modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting.
 •  Strong proficiency in SQL querying, data modeling, and database management, with demonstrated experience in complex data analysis and manipulation.
 •  Proficiency in PowerBI or similar business intelligence tools, with the ability to design and develop interactive reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
 •  Proven track record in project management, including the ability to prioritize competing demands, allocate resources effectively, and drive projects to successful completion.
 •  Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
 •  Strong analytical mindset, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
