Job Description:
A skilled chemistry/bioprocess candidates focusing on the purification of hemoglobin and other critical tasks in the production process. Will perform Western blots, operating ion-exchange chromatography and HPLC systems for various analysis, maintaining reagents and buffers, and conducting in-process checks to ensure product integrity.
Prepare, label, and maintain stocks of essential reagents and buffers required for an processes, ensuring their availability and quality. Conduct routine In-process checks on various equipment to verify calibration, cleanliness. and functionality, maintaining product integrity throughout the production cycle.
Required Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry
Must have hands on experience in chemistry, biomaterials, or biochemistry research.
Skills includes, but not limited to: Western Blot, ion exchange Chromatography, HPLC.
Preferably has good communication and interpersonal skills, can work efficiently and diligently, and be productive under supervision.
Must have critical thinking and ability to solve problems, and be a team worker.
Needs to have the ability to prepare experimental reports.
1 year of lab experience is required
Safety sensitive position
Dress Code: Lab coats/closed toed shoes
Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
