Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met.
• Supervise and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and other construction personnel, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
• Conduct daily site visits to ensure that work is progressing as planned, and identify any potential issues or challenges.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures on site, ensuring that all personnel comply with OSHA regulations and other safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all construction activities, including daily reports, safety reports, and progress reports.
• Communicate regularly with project managers and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status, and address any issues or concerns.

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as a construction superintendent in commercial construction.
• Knowledge of commercial construction practices, techniques, and materials.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a team of construction personnel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues on site.
• Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and other safety requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management software.
