Overview:

The Marketing manager will play a pivotal role in driving marketing strategies, enhancing customer relationships, and optimizing campaign performance. Your responsibilities will span across CRM, campaign performance analysis, and customer & prospect initiatives in direct mail and email.
We're seeking a dynamic individual who can blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution to achieve business goals. The manager will be the team's SME for all things CRM and will collaborate with the team to deliver on performance goals. This position has a heavy emphasis on building campaign audiences, executing data files, and interpreting campaign results.
This position must know how to leverage data and triggers that will shape effective campaigning. This role is also responsible for managing the team's operating plan to achieve the expected results within the specified budget and scheduling needs.
The Manager will establish process excellence that includes best practices and latest & greatest methods for marketing programs.

Responsibilities:

 •  Identify areas for optimization and propose data-driven solutions to enhance campaign outcomes. Identify potential new markets and customer segments.
 •  Partner with stakeholders during the monthly campaign cycle to develop and translate testing strategies into campaign development, adhering to best-in-class direct marketing practices that support statistically significant results.
 •  Develop accurate data specifications and campaign requirements, A/B and multi-variant test panels, customer and prospect segmentation that drives optimal performance based KPI's. Manage data file execution and delivery with Unica developers in a way that ensures quality and adherence to schedules.
 •  Monitor campaign performance to inform future campaign strategies. Prepare test and campaign results and share with stakeholders. Provide recommendations based on proven results.
 •  Manage planning including annual volumes, response curves and Operating Plans. Assist in budget planning and allocation for marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

 •  Bachelor's Degree In a related discipline and equivalent work experience. (Required)
 •  7+ years direct to consumer Omni-channel marketing experience managing monthly, multi product direct mail and marketing operations with a record of driving results with marketing innovation/growth. (Required)
 •  Deep experience in developing data/mailing list selections, multi-variant test panels, and the ability to analyze results and turn insights into action. (Required)
 •  Experience working with suppliers and schedules. (Required)
 •  Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments. (Required)
 •  Proven project management skills and ability to multi-task, to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
 •  Strong collaboration skills and a demonstrated ability to manage expectations and communicate deliverables.
 •  Strong desire to drive results and growth through business acumen, innovation, strong analytic skills.
 •  Highly proficient with MS Office software, especially Excel.

Physical and Environmental Requirements
 •  Works in an office setting and remains in a stationary position for long periods of time while working at a desk, on a computer or with other standard office equipment, or while in meetings.
 •  Requires the ability to verbally communicate and exchange accurate information to customers and associates on a regular basis.
 •  Requires visual acuity to read and interpret a variety of correspondence, procedures, reports and forms via paper and electronic documents, visual inspection involving small defects; small parts, and/or operation of machinery (including inspection); using measurement devices continuously. Visual acuity is required to determine accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned.
 •  Requires the ability to prepare written correspondence, reports and forms using prescribed formats and conforming to rules of punctuation, grammar, diction, and style on a regular basis.
 •  Requires the ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
 •  Performs substantial movement of wrists, hands, and fingers for continuous computer work.
 •  Extended hours required during peak workloads or special projects/events.

The salary ranges posted reflect our targeted base pay hiring range for the position. The final determination on base pay for any position will be determined based on multiple factors to ensure pay equity within the organization. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program.
Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance.

Note: Posted Hiring Salary Range: $123,200-$154,100
