Physician/MD qualifications required) Clinical Research (Clinical Trials) - Our client is seeking a Board Certified Physician to join their team as a Principal Investigator. As a key member of their clinical research company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and conducting clinical trials.
In this role you will ensure protocols adhere to regulatory requirements and ethical standards, supervise data collection, collaborate with cross-functional teams including research coordinators, nurses, and data managers, and provide leadership and mentorship to junior research staff.
While previous experience in research is advantageous, it is not mandatory, as they offer comprehensive training to ensure all team members are well-equipped for their roles. They provide avenues for professional advancement, offering opportunities to foster career development within the company.
Qualifications:
• Board Certification in any specialty as a physician (MD or DO).
• Active California State Medical License.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
