Job Description- Lead day‑to‑day site operations on a $40M healthcare project
- Manage schedules, inspections, and trade coordination
- Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards on site
- Serve as the primary field leader for clients and inspectors
- Support multifamily projects if healthcare pipeline pauses

The Successful Applicant- 8-15 years of superintendent experience with a GC
- Proven background on healthcare or hospital projects
- Experience delivering projects in the $30M-$75M+ range
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Open to transitioning between healthcare and multifamily
