Customer Service Representative (Contract) - Remote

In this remote position, you will serve as a key liaison for the Transactional Business License team, driving client success and seamless back-end operations.

• Champion exceptional service by delivering prompt and professional support to assigned B2B clients.
• Proactively manage the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy and complete client satisfaction.
• Streamline operations by efficiently generating invoices, processing data requests, and conducting timely client follow-ups.
• Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives alongside Customer Service Associates.

• Minimum of one year of demonstrated business-to-business (B2B) client or customer service experience.
• Proven ability to rapidly absorb complex product knowledge and apply it directly to resolve client needs.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and time-management capabilities to thrive in a multitasking environment.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
