Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities: · Provide sales channel and customer support activities while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Manage demo, loaner, and rental equipment inventory, including logistics, tracking, and coordination
- Deliver technical support to customers, sales teams, and cross-functional departments regarding Vision Research products
- Support aftermarket sales opportunities, proactive customer outreach campaigns, and service initiatives
Requirements: · Minimum 3 years of customer service or customer support experience supporting technical products and end users
- Proficiency with Service Cloud, ERP systems, and computer-based inventory management tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally manage customer expectations
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Weekly paycheck
- Pay: $27.00/hour

Pay Details: $27.00 per hour
