What You’ll Do
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be a key driver of our growth:
- Make 80-100+ outbound calls daily to business decision-makers
- Navigate gatekeepers and engage owners and executives
- Identify operational and financial pain points
- Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Track daily activity and performance metrics
- Continuously refine your messaging and execution
This role is built on consistent activity, growth and accountability.

What Success Looks Like
Top performers in this role:
- Consistently complete 80-100+ calls per day
- Book 4-5+ qualified meetings per week
- Maintain strong conversion rates
- Earn advancement within 6–12 months. Have a path to be a fintech Account Executive within 12-24 months.
- $42,000 Base Salary
- $75,000–$90,000+ OTE
- Commission + performance bonuses
