Job Details- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,460 - $1,540 (competitive travel nurse pay)
- Location: Decatur, TX (76234) — North Texas, convenient to Dallas/Fort Worth
- Position: Emergency Room Registered Nurse / ER RN / Emergency Department Nurse (Travel)
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12 Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) — night shift ER nurse
- Hours per Week: 36
- Employment Type: Travel RN (travel nursing, temporary assignment)
- Start Date: April 20, 2026
- End Date: July 20, 2026
- Active RN license (Texas or compact state) — valid Registered Nurse license
- Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room (ER) experience preferred
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced emergency department environment
- Strong triage, assessment, and acute care skills; experience with emergency procedures and documentation
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the Emergency Department (ED)
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs quickly and accurately
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered; support code and trauma responses
- Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate, timely patient records and medical documentation
- Provide compassionate support and clear communication to patients and families during critical situations
- Work as an ER Registered Nurse in a supportive, fast-paced emergency department
