Job Description- Oversee daily on‑site construction activities, ensuring work progresses safely and efficiently.
- Manage subcontractors and field crews, coordinating tasks and verifying work quality.
- Maintain project schedules, tracking progress and adjusting plans to keep milestones on target.
- Ensure safety compliance, enforcing standards, conducting walkthroughs, and resolving hazards.
- Make on‑site decisions, using autonomy to address issues and keep the project moving smoothly.
- Work on an exciting backlog of work in Indy

The Successful Applicant- 2+ years of general contractor construction with experience on ground up projects
- Ability to work together as a team
- Wanting to work under a seasoned superintendent to gain experience on large scale builds
- Strong base knowledge of construction processes and procedures
