Job Description- Walk the job site alongside the Senior Superintendent to monitor progress and check in with subcontractors
- Assist in managing and tracking the daily construction schedule
- Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and safe at the end of each day
- Participate in daily stretch and safety meetings to promote worker health and injury prevention
- Observe and support field operations, ensuring work is being completed per plans and specifications
- Partner with the Superintendent to develop and execute daily and weekly work plans
- Assist in building and maintaining a 3-6 week look-ahead schedule
- Coordinate with the project management team to ensure alignment between field and office operations
- Maintain daily logs and upload progress photos in Procore
- Communicate field changes and support documentation for change orders

The Successful Applicant- Ground up experience is a plus
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certifications required
- 1-5 years of experience as a construction project engineer or assistant superintendent
- Ability to work with clients
- Experience with preconstruction planning
- Willingness to learn and grow in the space
