Job Description

Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 & ISO 13485)
Act as Management Representative and report on quality performance to leadership
Lead internal audits, CAPA, management reviews, and complaint handling systems
Partner with production on testing methods, inspection standards, and process improvements
Manage supplier quality, product quality metrics, and reporting analytics
Drive APQP, PPAP, and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) for new and transferred projects

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Manager should have:

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of quality leadership experience in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality systems
Experience serving as Management Representative in a regulated environment
Hands‑on background with CAPA, audits, supplier quality, and validation
Ability to read engineering drawings and apply GD&T and SPC tools
Proven people leadership experience managing and developing quality teams
