Role Overview
We are seeking a highly professional and personable Desktop Support Technician to join our team. This role requires strong technical expertise combined with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service, particularly to executive-level staff and VIPs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide onsite desktop support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Deliver VIP-level service to executives, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a polished, professional presence while remaining approachable and personable.
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Document support activities and maintain accurate records.
- Prior experience in desktop support or technical support roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present well and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Experience supporting executives or VIPs is highly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common enterprise applications.
