ServiceNow Business Analyst Location:

(Blue Rose) is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to support a federal client in gathering requirements, improving business processes, and supporting ServiceNow solution delivery in a secure environment. In this role, you will be critical in the design phase, ensuring that proposed solutions align with organizational objectives and user expectations.

What You'll Do As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will:- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow solutions
- Translate functional requirements into detailed Agile user stories and supporting documentation
- Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented accurately
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Develop and execute test cases to validate solution functionality and quality
- Support user acceptance testing and confirm deliverables align with defined requirements and function as intended
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions
- Document business processes, workflows, and system interactions to support implementation and operational continuity Schedule & Shift Details

- U.S. Citizenship required
- Active Secret Clearance required
- Minimum of 0-2 years experience with ServiceNow
- Minimum of 0-2 years experience with Agile fundamentals and Agile team environments
- Experience gathering and documenting functional requirements
- Experience with structured requirements gathering techniques, testing, user acceptance testing, and process documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving project scopes
