Job Description
The Assistant Superintendent - High-End Interior Fit-Outs - NoVA will be responsible for:
- Supporting the planning, coordination and execution of construction activities on site
- Assisting with site logistics, sequencing and short-term scheduling
- Monitoring subcontractor performance, productivity and quality of work
- Ensuring safety standards are upheld and site compliance is maintained
- Coordinating inspections and supporting close-out activities
- Acting as a key point of contact on site in the absence of the Superintendent

The Successful Applicant
The Assistant Superintendent - High-End Interior Fit-Outs - NoVA should have:
- 1+ year experience being on site (Field Engineer or Assistant Superintendent)
- Exposure to interior project $500k+
- A hands-on approach with the ability to work independently without micromanagement
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to manage subcontractors on site
- A commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards on job sites
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field (preferred)
