LPN / LVN (Contract) - LLCTV

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Compensation:

• Local Pay: $30 – $35/hour
• Travel Pay: $38 – $42/hour
• Note: No travel or housing reimbursement provided

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN to provide quality nursing care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians. This role focuses on patient comfort, routine care, and monitoring patient health in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic nursing care and support to patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to RNs or physicians.
• Assist with daily living activities and patient comfort measures.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and facility protocols.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of recent LPN/LVN experience required

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active Colorado LPN License required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) – AHA required

Additional Information:

• Candidates must be flexible to work variable night shifts
• Strong patient care, communication, and teamwork skills are essential
• Contract role with potential for extension based on performance and facility needs
