🕒 Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Shipping & Receiving Associates to join our Norwell warehouse team. This position plays a vital role in daily warehouse operations, helping ensure accurate shipments, organized inventory, and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks, transfers, and incoming shipments
Pull, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
Use inventory systems and reports to maintain inventory control
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols
Report inventory discrepancies or shipment issues to management
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

Qualifications

Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Good communication and teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Preferred Qualifications

Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or general labor experience
Experience operating warehouse equipment
Basic math and counting skills for inventory and order picking

Physical Requirements

Standing and walking for extended periods
Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and moving materials
Ability to work in a physically active environment
