Core Contributions- Orchestrate complex calendar management, proactively anticipating needs and resolving conflicts to maximize leadership time.
- Facilitate seamless global travel arrangements, navigating multi-destination itineraries, visa requirements, and risk assessments.
- Streamline monthly multi-currency business expenses utilizing Concur.
- Coordinate high-level internal and external meetings, ensuring impeccable guest experiences and comprehensive documentation.
- Compile critical market data and generate compelling reports using advanced charts and presentations.
- Champion team collaboration by providing cross-coverage and organizing impactful department events.
- 4+ years of experience working as an Executive Assistant with demonstrated accuracy, meticulous attention to detail, and sound judgment in a corporate support role.
- Proficient in enterprise systems, including advanced calendar management tools and Concur.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distinguish urgent priorities and adapt messaging for diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solver who rapidly adopts new tools and anticipates potential conflicts before they arise.
