Job Description
Executive & Legal Support- Provide high-level administrative support to partners and attorneys
- Manage complex calendars, meeting coordination, and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepare expense reports, time entries, and billing support
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
- Draft, edit, format, and proofread legal and business documents
- Coordinate document production, signature processes, and filing requirements
- Manage client correspondence and matter-related documentation
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Serve as a key liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and events
- Support business development initiatives and client-facing activities
- Assist with pitch materials, presentations, and departmental projects
- Monitor deadlines and assist with prioritization of competing requests
- Facilitate workflow management across multiple attorneys and matters
- Partner with administrative and legal support teams to ensure seamless execution of work

The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Executive Assistant should have:
- 5+ years of Legal Executive Assistant experience within a large law firm (Big Law experience required)
- Experience supporting partners and senior attorneys
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong client service mindset and attention to detail
- Experience supporting corporate, litigation, transactions, or finance-related legal practices is preferred
