They are actively seeking experienced Commercial ES Underwriters to join their expanding team, in their Dallas as well as their Scottsdale, AZ offices.

Senior level Underwriters are preferred but will consider those with the experience that warrants that next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and cultivate new agency relationships within your assigned territory.

Grow and manage a profitable book of business, leveraging your deep understanding of ES risks.

Contribute to product development initiatives and participate in special projects that shape the companys underwriting strategy.

Collaborate across departments in a culture that emphasizes positivity, innovation, and shared success.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of commercial PC ES underwriting experience.
