Job Description

In this Building and Construction Superintendent - Rochester role, you will:

Oversee all onsite construction activities and jobsite operations
Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily coordination
Ensure work is completed on time and aligned with project plans
Enforce safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings
Monitor quality control and adherence to specifications
Coordinate inspections, reporting, and project documentation
Collaborate with Project Managers and internal teams

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Building and Construction Superintendent - Rochester candidate will bring:

5+ years of experience in a Superintendent or similar field leadership role
Strong background in commercial Building and Construction
Proven ability to manage multiple trades and jobsite workflows
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Strong scheduling and organizational abilities
OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
