Job Description- Manage day-to-day on-site construction operations for a ground-up wood-frame multifamily project
- Supervise and coordinate all subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Maintain the project schedule and ensure milestones are met
- Enforce jobsite safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA and local regulations
- Conduct daily site walks to ensure quality control and adherence to plans and specifications
- Coordinate inspections with local authorities and ensure timely close-out of deficiencies
- Communicate effectively with the Project Manager regarding progress, challenges, and solutions
- Maintain detailed daily reports, look-ahead schedules, and site documentation
- Ensure jobsite cleanliness, organization, and professionalism at all times

The Successful Applicant
A successful Multifamily Superintendent should have:
- 7-10 years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up, wood-frame multifamily projects
- Proven experience delivering mid- to large-scale apartment developments
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, sequencing, and quality standards
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and drive performance in the field
- Familiarity with New Jersey building codes and inspection processes is a plus
- Competitive base salary of $115,000 - $130,000, based on experience
