No insurance or sales background? No problem. Jill Willey State Farm is hiring an Outbound Sales Representative in Berwyn, IL and provides paid training, licensing support, and hands-on coaching from day one, so you can learn the industry and build a real skill set while you earn.Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this role.
Responsibilities- Present multi-line insurance products tailored to each customer’s needs and goals
- Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
- Serve Spanish- and English-speaking customers clearly and accurately
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system
- Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
- Participate in product training and licensing coursework
- No prior sales experience required — we will train you
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication
- Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up
- Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
- Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude

Pay range: $45,000-$65,000 per year
This includes base salary, commissions, and bonuses. Your earning potential grows with your sales performance — top performers exceed this range.
