Job Description

Manage construction projects from start to finish.
Work closely with developers from the very early stages of site acquisition.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones and addressing potential delays proactively.
Monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and industry regulations throughout all project phases.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

5+ years of construction experience
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Experience leading pharmaceutical, healthcare, or commercial projects
Proficient in Procore
