Job Description- Leadpreconstruction efforts forlarge‑scale and complex commercial projects
- Develop conceptual, schematic, and GMP budgets with a high degree of accuracy
- Drive value engineering and constructability reviews to optimize design and cost
- Coordinate estimating, scheduling, logistics, and procurement strategies
- Mentor and manage preconstruction and estimating team members
- Collaborate closely with operations, business development, and design partners
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and client interviews
- Support pursuit strategies in competitive hard‑bid, negotiated, and design‑build work
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and consultants

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including significant preconstruction leadership
- Proven success delivering complex interior, renovation, and base building projects
- Strong estimating, cost modeling, and scope analysis expertise
- Experience leading pursuits exceeding $50M preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with industry estimating and preconstruction tools
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high performance culture
