Job Description
As the Superintendent, you will report directly to senior leadership and take full ownership of site execution from start to finish.- Lead day‑to‑day field operations across commercial and multifamily projects
- Manage schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and site safety
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers to drive schedule and cost control
- Ensure work is completed to contract documents and quality standards
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, inspectors, and owners
- Oversee ground‑up and interior renovation scopes simultaneously as required
- Proactively resolve field issues to keep projects on track

The Successful Applicant- For the Superintendent we are seeking:
- 5-7+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Proven experience across two or more of the following sectors:
- Quick‑service restaurant
- Restaurant
- Retail
- Medical office building
- Multifamily or student housing
- Experience delivering ground‑up and interior projects
- Ability to operate independently without significant oversight
- Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills
- Local to, or within a commutable distance of, Northeast Georgia
- Base salary: $90,000-$110,000
- Stable pipeline of local projects ($5M-$20M range)
- High level of autonomy and trust in your role as Superintendent
