Job Description
  • Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams
  • Support procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Attend project meetings and maintain communication with stakeholders
  • Help ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Track progress and assist with reporting to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with estimators and superintendents during preconstruction and execution
  • Contribute to closeout processes and punch list resolution

The Successful Applicant
  • 2-5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with federal or commercial renovation projects is a plus
