Job Description- Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.
- Track and report project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Provide leadership and direction to on-site teams to meet project goals.
- Review and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges effectively and professionally.
