A growing multifamily builder with a strong portfolio of mid-rise, mixed-use, and luxury apartment developments throughout the Chicagoland area.

Job Description

Manage daily jobsite activities and trade coordination
Develop and maintain project schedules
Conduct safety meetings and enforce site safety standards
Coordinate inspections and quality control efforts
Lead subcontractor meetings and resolve field issues
Ensure projects are completed on time and within quality standards
Work closely with project management teams and ownership groups

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of Superintendent experience
Multifamily construction experience required
Strong scheduling and coordination abilities
Knowledge of OSHA and site safety regulations
Ability to lead teams and maintain project momentum
