Job Description

Manage all onsite construction activities
Coordinate subcontractors and project schedules
Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
Lead weekly owner and subcontractor meetings
Conduct inspections and ensure code compliance
Review construction documents and proactively address issues
Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of Superintendent experience
Public, municipal, education, or government project experience required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of scheduling software and construction best practices
Proven ability to manage complex public-sector projects
