Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Care Manager – ED to support the coordination and delivery of high-quality, cost-effective healthcare. The Care Manager will assess member needs, collaborate with care teams, develop individualized care plans, coordinate services, and evaluate outcomes.
Required Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State.
Bachelor’s degree required.Minimum 2 years of experience in Care Management, Managed Care, or a healthcare setting.
Experience with care coordination, utilization review, and discharge planning.
Pay Bifurcation:Taxable: $630.00
Non-Taxable: $2100.00
Total Gross: $2730.00/week
