Job Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project close-out
• Managing subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and daily work plans
• Ensuring project are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinating closely with with project managers, clients, and design teams
• Maintaining site documentation, inspections, and compliance with company safety protocols
• Leading and mentoring field staff while fostering a collaborative, team-oriented jobsite culture

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial interior or tenant improvement projects
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, means and methods, and scheduling
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors in fast-track environments
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to work on projects throughout the DMV
