Job Summary:
This role candidate will work as an Organizational Change Manager, where they will lead and support change management initiatives across the organization to ensure successful implementation of strategic projects. They will collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions during periods of transformation by developing comprehensive change management strategies and conducting impact assessments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with project objectives and organizational goals.
- This includes conducting impact assessments, defining change readiness metrics, and creating communication.
Requirement(s):
- 10-15+ years of experience in change management specifically.
- Works independently and hands-on execution capability.
- Strong stakeholder management and influence.

Pay Details: $50.35 to $50.00 per hour
