Founded in late 1990's and led by a hands‑on President & CEO, the firm specializes in SCIF, government, defense, technology, and corporate office interiors-often in occupied, sensitive, and mission‑critical environments.

Job Description

This Superintendent will be responsible for field‑level execution, coordination, and quality control on interior construction projects.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily on‑site construction activities and schedules
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and self‑perform teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and security standards
  • Manage work in occupied and sensitive environments
  • Maintain clear communication with PMs, clients, and leadership
  • Track progress and proactively resolve site issues
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and to spec

Qualifications
  • 5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent
  • Strong background in high‑end interior fit‑outs
  • Experience with office, government, SCIF, tech, or healthcare projects
  • Comfortable overseeing one project at a time (or multiple small jobs)
  • Experience on projects ranging from $100K-$15M (avg. $3-5M)
  • Ability to obtain secure badging (drug screening & background check)
  • Open to limited travel (preferred, not required)
