Real Estate License Scholarship - KSCORE Program, NY

Getting licensed costs money and time most people don't have lying around, especially if you're already working full-time in another career. That's usually where the idea dies. Not because someone couldn't sell real estate, but because paying for a pre-licensing course on top of everything else never quite made it to the top of the list.

Keller Williams Greater Nassau is offering a limited number of scholarships through KSCORE, Keller Williams' national licensing program, to cover the full cost of your New York pre-licensing coursework. No tuition out of pocket. You get the course, plus KW Prep to start learning how to actually run a real estate business alongside the material you need to pass the state exam.

This is a scholarship, not a giveaway. We're looking for people who are serious enough to finish what they start. If that's you, keep reading.

Tasks

Complete your New York pre-licensing coursework through Kaplan Real Estate Education, fully covered by the scholarship, within 70 days of starting.

Work through KW Prep alongside your coursework, so you're learning how to actually run a real estate business while you study for the exam, not starting from zero after you pass.

Prepare for and sit the New York State real estate salesperson licensing exam.

Meet with Keller Williams Greater Nassau leadership and mentors during the process, so you have real support instead of studying in isolation.

Prepare to launch your real estate career with Keller Williams Greater Nassau once you're licensed, with mentorship and systems in place from day one.

Requirements

At least 18 years old, the New York State minimum to hold a real estate license.

Able to commit to completing the pre-licensing course within 70 days of starting.

Genuinely interested in building a real estate career, not just curious about the license.

Based in or planning to work Nassau County, our primary market, or Queens, Brooklyn, the Bronx, or Suffolk County, where our agents also serve clients.

Benefits

Full tuition coverage for your New York pre-licensing coursework through Kaplan Real Estate Education, at no cost to you.

Access to KW Prep, so you're learning how to run a real estate business while you're still studying for the exam, not starting from zero after you pass.

A direct path into Keller Williams Greater Nassau once you're licensed, with mentorship and Keller Williams' systems ready for you from day one.

A local team in Garden City that's invested in you finishing, not just handing you a course link and walking away.

Because this is a scholarship with a limited number of spots, we ask three questions when you apply: whether you can commit to finishing within 70 days, whether you meet the state's minimum age requirement, and why you actually want your real estate license.

Answer honestly. We'd rather award this to someone who's clear on their reasons than someone just testing the waters.

If you've been thinking about getting licensed and the cost has been the thing standing in your way, apply below. We'll review applications and follow up to walk through next steps.
