About Our Client

Our client is a nationally respected builder with a strong portfolio of multifamily and mixed-use developments across the Mid-Atlantic. With a reputation for quality and innovation, they are expanding their team for a major ground-up project in Northern Virginia.

• Support the Lead Superintendent in managing daily site operations
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure adherence to schedule
• Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with company protocols
• Assist with inspections, quality control, and punch list management
• Maintain accurate daily reports and field documentation
• Communicate effectively with project team and field personnel
• Help manage deliveries, logistics, and site cleanliness
• Participate in progress meetings and contribute to problem-solving

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:

• 2-5 years of experience in construction field operations
• Background in multifamily or commercial projects preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and construction scheduling tools
• OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain
