Telecom/ESS Superintendent with Security Clearance
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fiber splicing, cabling, and network infrastructure, combined with hands-on experience operating heavy equipment and tools. Base Infrastructure Modernization (BIM). Perform site surveys, testing, and troubleshooting
Read and execute installation plans and diagrams
Track inventory and complete project documentation
Assist with or lead installation teams
Load/unload materials and maintain job site organization
Requirements 6+ years of cable installation or telecom experience
Experience with fiber, coax, and structured cabling
Ability to lift 60 lbs and work on ladders
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
Basic skills in Excel and Word
